Since whales are wild animals, there may be times when they are not visible. In the unlikely event that we are unable to spot any whales during the period from February 1, 2027, to March 15, 2027, we will take one of the following measures.

There are no lockers at the meeting place, so please keep your valuables with you. Suitcases, etc. can be left in the company car.

If it rains enough not to interfere with the operation of the vessel, the vessel will sail. Cancellation due to rain will incur a cancellation fee. In case of severe weather or high waves, the tour will be cancelled. In case of cancellation, we will contact you the day before or on the day of the tour, and the tour will be rescheduled for another day or a refund will be made.
